Buildings in Nariman Point


Nariman Point consists of about 40 multistoried buildings, which are mainly commercial offices with a few exceptions. Then there are two 5 Star Deluxe hotels - The Oberoi & Trident. Of course, the entire area is built around the Vidhan Sabha complex of the Maharashtra Government.
As most of the buildings came up in the early 70s, they have almost invariably gone through a cycle of renovation in recent times.

Nariman Point is one of the posh areas of Mumbai and one can say it is the starting point of Mumbai. It is the hub for corporate offices of International and Indian companies.
But with the change in economic conditions, many corporate offices have been re-located to other areas of Mumbai. The top end hotel The Oberoi is located here and a number of Airlines Offices are also there in this area.
