Nariman Point consists of about 40 multistoried buildings, which are mainly commercial offices with a few exceptions. Then there are two 5 Star Deluxe hotels - The Oberoi & Trident. Of course, the entire area is built around the Vidhan Sabha complex of the Maharashtra Government.
As most of the buildings came up in the early 70s, they have almost invariably gone through a cycle of renovation in recent times.
